Surgery in T-Minus 24 Hours

Number Eleven, You Are My HERO!!!

So a few nights ago I'm watching my little brothers baseball game when I realized that the second basemen on the other team had no right hand! I double and triple checked just to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me and sure enough, all that was there was a little stump. Each time that a grounder came to him he would scoop it up in the glove, tuck the glove under his arm, and pull the ball out with his left hand and throw it to whomever it was intended. Now I've heard of the one armed pro ball pitcher, but to see a kid no older thirteen out there playing the game just like anybody else? That is dedication and an unconditional love for the game that even in my 10+ years of playing I had never seen. So, to Number Eleven, I don't know your name or anything about you but you are amazing and I'm proud to say that you are my HERO!

C.N.A= Completely Nervous, Aaaahhh!!!

Okay... So that's not quite what it means, but it's totally how I'm feeling about it! In 9ish hours I start the process of becoming a certified nursing assistant. I know, I know... It doesn't seem too nerve racking, but it's one of the first steps that I take towards becoming an actual Nurse! Small steps, but I am going to get there! Well, wish me luck tomorrow!
